Barry Kosofsky, MD, PhD is a developmental neuroscientist and child neurologist committed to advancing translational research in developmental brain disorders. He obtained his MD and PhD in neuroscience from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Kosofsky joined the faculty of the Weill Cornell Medical College in 2004, where he is the Goldsmith Professor of Pediatrics, Neurology, Neuroscience, and Radiology, and is Director of the Laboratory of Molecular and Developmental Neuroscience. He is the Chief of the Division of Child Neurology at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Barry participated in the ABCT program in 2018. His company, b2d2, is a biotechnology company currently developing two medical diagnostic products and an associated web-based application in to an integrated platform by which to accurately, objectively and seamlessly diagnose and treat concussed individuals.
